Leather Strop

Keep your knife sharp! Leather strops are used to polish/deburr the edge of a freshly sharpened knife or keep the edge of your knife centered so a rolled edge doesn't turn into a chip. This strop is made of natural color veg-tan leather and Oregon myrtle. The veg-tan leather does not have any polishing compounds impregnated into it so it is very gentle when correcting and polishing your edge. Remember, proper maintenance is paramount to the performance and longevity of your knife! 

Note: ALWAYS pull the edge of your knife across the strop. NEVER push the edge into the strop. 

Dimensions are: 9 & 7/8" x 3" x 1" and are made to fit in your wet stone holder or lay flat on a counter.
