Mark reached out to me about a modified version of the popular no.5 Petty that better suited his needs. He wanted a fast, thin knife to handle delicate and precise cutting tasks with a more defined tip than the conventional curved nose. From his vision the no.5 Galambos was born. A truly unique work horse ready to be put to work in any kitchen, professional or home. Featuring my typical flare of PNW figured myrtle this knife will quickly find its home in your roll among your favorite knives.
