no.5 Trimming Carbon

A close relative to the traditional petty shape, the no.5 Trimming offers a different utility. The handle has a western style sculpt which may make it a more familiar feeling knife for the German knife fans. This model features an upswept, finer tip paired with more belly which makes it perfect for tasks like trimming fat and cubing meat for a stew. The usefulness doesn't stop there, this is also a wonderful general utility knife for your kitchen with a little more style. Made of 26c3 Carbon (aka Spicy White) steel paired with a thin, tapered geometry and a touch of flex makes this model a different breed and a coveted tool for your knife roll.
