A knife for professional chef's and food enthusiasts alike. A knife to handle anything you throw at it. This model sports very thin, tapering geometry and a stellar heat treat to make it a top performer. A "Laser Beam" some might say. The clipped point or k-tip establishes a thin tip for fine detailed work while the tapering spine gives you all the control you need to manipulate the knife exactly how you might need to. The scale finish on the flats show the history and processes of breathing life into the steel while the hand rubbed satin finish on the bevels contrast its stark beauty. Locally sourced Myrtle wood brings the handle to life. The knife is overall forward balanced to do a lot of work for you without feeling heavy or intimidating to pickup. A cutting tool you will truly fall in love with and grow with.
Disclaimer: Carbon steel will patina and change over time. You must keep the blade dry and clean directly after use or there is a risk of corrosion beginning on your blade.
